A Word On Superheroes
It is true, that from time to time Superheroes need to "re-fuel". During this process many local, state, and world issues are not only addressed but a true value is assigned to their importance.
Many days our hero's are working alone within a confined space consisting of proper behavior, stunning intellect, and a flair for let's say...the dramatic. Cool gadgets, fast cars, hi-octane fuel, an uncompromising propensity for detail, and the ability to stun ones senses with complete silence that may force Helen Keller to take the wheel.
It is only when these individual forces need reconciliation, to balance the books if you will, that they come together as one. In this singular spectacle to be seen only by the eyes that have talked the talk, and have walked in someone else's shoes can you be invited.
The Hall of Justice is such a place. A place that makes MIT think tanks look like mosquito laden cesspools, where Wayne Brady makes Bryant Gumble look like Malcolm X.
I'll see you there brothers. On the front lines of parenthood, friendship, trial, error, success, failure, complication, and ease.
From this day to the ending of the world,
But we in it shall be remember'd;
We few, we happy few, we band of brothers;
For he to-day that sheds his blood with me
Shall be my brother; be he ne'er so vile,
This day shall gentle his condition:
And gentlemen in England now a-bed
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here,
And hold their manhoods cheap whiles any speaks
That fought with us upon Saint Crispin's day
So you want to be a Superhero?
