NASA crowns winner in $250k "flying car" contest
This contest seems to have a lot of people in an uproar. I don't get it. If Ferrari announced a $127,000 model it's not as if their market share would increase by 70%. They're still catering to a very specific clientele.
Granted there a lot of people that can afford the higher cost model, but do they want to? I know some wealthy people (as you know because you're the only folks that read this with the exception that from time to time someone will stumble on to my page) who don't want the bigger engine, house, or name brand toilet paper.
